What are the shipping options for Archival Dice?Both standard shipping and express shipping options through Australia Post!
Currently, Archival Dice is not shipping to EU countries.
Please note that dice shipping outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or the shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
The only charges that are included are the 10% tariffs for any orders from the United States.

Australia Post Within Australia Standard - $10
Australia Post Within Australia Express - $20
Australia Post International Standard - $20
Australia Post International Express - $50
Australia Post United States Standard - $25 + 10% tariff
Australia Post United States Express - $50 + 10% tariff
Are Archival Dice prices only in AUD?Yes! All prices seen on the Archival Dice website are in the Australian Dollar.
Are Archival Dice Packages shipped with Tracking?Yes! All Archival Dice packages will be shipped with tracking information through Australia Post.
If you suspect that your package has been lost or delayed, please let me know as soon as possible.
I will do my best to work with the responsible delivery services to correct the issue.
How often does Archival Dice have a new shop drop?Archival Dice releases new dice every 3-4 months.
There are generally some sets available year round.
Does Archival Dice do custom or commission dice?It is possible, but on a case by case basis!

Are items reserved when they are in my cart?Currently Squarespace does not allow for items to be reserved in the cart. If you have an item in your cart that you wish to purchase, dont forget to check out!
Do Archival Dice dice come with a dice bag or box?Archival Dice dice do not come with a dice bag or storage box.
They are carefully packaged in recycled kraft paper and recycled tissue paper.
I have found a large percentage of my customers already have beautiful dice bags from other small businesses to store their new sets.
Does Archival Dice accept returns?Unfortunately, as a small business I am unable to offer returns or refunds for ‘change of mind’ purchases. If you have any issue with your dice please reach out on Instagram or email and we can discuss.
Are Archival Dice balanced?Yes, Archival Dice are solid Polymer Clay.
How do I care for my new Polymer Clay Dice from Archival Dice?Archival Dice makes Polymer Clay dice, which are very durable.
Try not to store them in direct sunlight.
Give them a wiper with a soft cloth to remove any dust or smudges.
As for rolling them, I suggest that you roll them in a dice tray where possible!
