My dice do not come with a dice bag or storage box.
They are carefully packaged in recycled kraft paper, tissue paper and a thick recycled kraft paper plastic-free bubble mailer.
I have found a large percentage of my customers already have beautiful dice bags from other small businesses to store their new sets.

Try not to store them in direct sunlight as it might dull the colours.
Give them a good wipe-over with a soft cloth to remove any dust or smudges.
Do not use any harsh cleaners as they might affect the inking.
As for rolling them, I suggest like all other dicemakers do, that you roll them in a dice tray where possible!
